AGORA Industries is continuing its development by uniting companies MICROTEC and Arck Electronique with a new aim of developing electronic activities.
These two companies joined the AGORA Industries group in 2009 and 2013 respectively, and have thus recently begun a merger process in order to form a single company by summer 2015.
