Main missions

The candidate sought will have for main missions:

> Carry out the trade-offs of the different hardware architectures, in co-engineering with the firmware, software and system teams, taking into account the recurrent cost, industrialization constraints in terms of volume, performance and make / team / buy COTS components

> Define and design the hardware and / or software architecture of electronic and / or RF equipment;

> Design wiring plans and electronic diagrams;

> Manage / carry out development, development, customer validation and technical documentation;

> Collaborate with the technicians (CAD, CAD, test) and engineers of the Design Office involved in the development of the products for which he is responsible;

> Create prototypes, test and control the different components;

> Establish the definition files and provide support to the industrialization / methods department;

> Carry out or intervene in support for the establishment of technical offers.

Bac + 5 electronics with RF specialization, with significant professional experience in the development of electronic equipment (at least 5 years) and RF.

Hardware technical skills:

RF Electronics:

> Architecture & Performance Rx / Tx broadband analog channel: DAC, ADC, Modulator, Demodulator, EVM measurements, RF high-frequency conversion, calibration, filters, amplifiers, precompensation
> Digital channel architecture: FPGA, SoC, DSP, CPU, memory, PCIe, Ethernet, AMC, and associated BSP
> Ideally familiar with ARGOS norms and constraints

Instrumentation electronics (analogue and digital (VHDL), communication bus including high speed);

DCDC conversion of small power (<200 W) with high EMC stress;

Proficient in written and spoken English.
